Geoff Clark, who has worked for 20 years in the estate agency business in the area, heads a team of professionals, who offer a very personal service. They are Francoise Clark his wife and partner, Laurence Encinas who runs the administration/negotiations and Jim Pickering, instructions/valuations and sales. We are fully licensed French Estate agents and members of the professional association the SNPI (Syndicat National des Professionels Immobiliers).
We are also associated with Winkworth France Ltd part of the Winkworth group, one of the largest and most established U.K. networks of estate agents. Winkworth have a London based French office which offers clients, both purchasers and vendors the advantage of professional service and marketing potential.
We have considerable experience in helping non-French clients buy, in many cases, for the first time in France (under French law). . We understand the importance of our role in helping buyers through the sale process, from the initial search for the property, the visits in our area when the property is found, to the negotiation and the preparation of the dossier to present to the notaire (Notary), who will continue the legal process to complete the transaction from “compromis de vente” (pre contract) to “acte definitive” (completion).
