Agency owner Geoff Clark, has been living and working in La Garde Freinet for 15 years. Agence Fraxinoise specialise in a very personal service and are licensed estate agents and members of the SNPI ( Syndicat National des Professionnels Immobiliers ) professional association. From the initial search for the property, the visits in our area when the property is found, to the negotiation and the preparation of the dossier to present to the notaire (Notary), who will continue the legal process to complete the transaction.

We have considerable experience in helping non-French clients buy, in many cases, for the first time in France (under French law). We understand the importance of our role to help the buyers through the process, from ”compromis de vente” (pre contract) to “acte definitive” (completion).
